How do I get my watch to Masterpiece Watch Restoration?
If you live too far away and wish to ship your watch to us for evaluation, we do take packages via mail. Please remember our address is 4243 W. Kennedy Blvd Tampa, FL 33609. There are several things we recommend you include in your package. For example, here is the list of items the package we recommend:
- Your full name, in addition to the label on the outside
- Your phone number
- Any repair history that has been preformed on your watch before you ship your watch
- Your E-mail address (optional)
- A detailed description of the current issues you have with your watch
- What the monetary value you place on the watch is
- Finally, what you hope to have repaired on your watch
- We HIGHLY recommend registered mail as the preferred way to ship your watch.
- As a helpful tip we recommend you don’t fully spell out Masterpiece Watch Restoration in the address on the box just use our initials: MWR
