| Rolex Basic Service | As a watch ages, it may become vulnerable to the effects of moisture. The gaskets, setting crown and crystal deteriorate over time and should be serviced under normal circumstances. Masterpiece Basic Watch Service includes:
Vintage Rolex watches and Antique Rolex watches will incur a higher service charge due to the extra time and the difficulty in securing or fabricating parts that are unavailable from the manufacturer. |

Note : We will not supply genuine Rolex parts for use on Counterfeit/Replica Rolex watches or any Rolex watch that has been altered with after market accessories such as bezels and dials. |

| Re-Seal and Pressure Test |  |
We reseal your Rolex using only Genuine Rolex Gaskets and pressure test them using genuine Rolex recommended Equipment. |
| Test and Adjust | We use state of the art equipment to adjust and test your Rolex according to Rolex Standards and Procedures to attain the highest level of accuracy possible. On the right is our Roxer 125 which allows us to perform a water test on your watch down to a depth of 125 bars ( 1,250 meters or about 41,000 feet). The Roxer 125 allows us to confirm the water resistance on diving watches such as the Sea dweller. |  |
| Drop-off locations for our local customers | (Tampa, Brandon, Plant City, St.. Petersburg) The cost for using one of our service partners facilities is $35.00. This will cover the cost of insuring and transporting your watch to our service facility and back. This fee is in addition to any estimate and repair fees. New Tampa location coming Soon!! |
(Orlando, Disney, Lakeland, Kissimmee, Altamonte Springs, Baldwin Park, UCF Area, College Park, Downtown Orlando, Lake Nona, Celebration,) There is no added fee for using this location. No shipping or any other extra charges added to the repairs. This is our first satellite location out of our shop so we want to pass on the savings to you our loyal customers. |

The charge for return
postage, insurance and handling, is $25.00. This fee is added on to the
cost of the repair and covers all watches up to $5,000.00 in value. (watches
valued more that $5,000.00 will be higher to cover additional insurance
costs ) (International rates vary by country) Our preferred method to
ship your repaired watch back to you is via US
Post Office utilizing their Postal Registered Mail
Service. We have found that this is the most secure and reliable method
for shipment over the years. If you would like us to return your watch
a special way or by the use of a special carrier then please notify us
and we will gladly meet your needs (Extra fees may apply depending on
carrier).
Please do not attempt to send a package via UPS or Fed Ex etc. to our PO Box address. If this is your preferred method of shipment then please call in advance for the physical address where shipments can be accepted. Please properly pack your watch to keep the watch free from movement and damage during shipment. We are not responsible for damage to the watch that occurs in transit to Masterpiece Watch. Please do not include original boxes or papers. |
| Full Warranty on All Parts and Labor |  |
We completely warranty all of our replaced or fabricated parts and labor. If a watch is returned to us with any defect that is the result of the manner in which it was repaired, we will correct the situation immediately. We will prioritize your watch repair and return it to the you at no charge. Shipment to us is not covered under this warranty. This does not include parts that may fail as a result of rust or abuse, such as, a broken balance staff or broken crystal. |
